Abstract
- This article describes six mistakes that can slow down a physical workout and lessen the results. Don't sacrifice good form for speed, it's better to slow down and maintain good posture and it will burn extra calories. Don't exercise without proper hydration. Listening to music instead of reading while working on a treadmill is better for concentration.
