Abstract
- The article presents several reports on the implementation of Agenda 21 and the results of the World Summit on Sustainable Development. It identifies some of the resolutions that were reviewed on the implementation of the Agenda 21 and the reaffirmation on the development goals including the Millenium Development Goals. It tackles on the several issues including on agriculture, rural development, land, desertification and Africa and addresses the cross-cutting issues as well as identifying best practices, constraints, and obstacles in the process of implementation.
