Los métodos cuantitativos en el análisis ambiental de una interfase urbano rural.

In this paper, it is proposed the use of quantitative methods like the fuzzy logic and the system dynamics, for the understanding of some important conceptual elements in the analysis of rural urban interfaces zones. Those elements are: the degree of transition of their attributes, their complex structure, and their system functionality. These methods together with the geographic information systems, could contribute to delimit the physical-space boundaries of these zones. Finally, it is considered that for the later environmental planning of this type of zones, the fuzzy multiobjective analysis contributes to obtain optimal decisions, in order to obtain an environmental sustainability, a goal that is multidimensional, integral and complex.
