Abstract

This article provides information on the different activities during the Conference on Christianity and Literature which was participated by young scholars to develop their ideas on the proposed turn of religion into literary studies. It states that participants are asked to explore ways and activities where they could participate in strengthening a critical sensibility that weighs the delicate registers of belief and unbelief, and by developing more theoretical paradigms that take religion seriously. The scholars are encouraged to write full-length papers, and engaged in a discussion and debate regarding their assessment on the religious turn in literary studies. Further information about the topics discussed is presented.
