Abstract

The article provides information about the ClimateQUAL-Organizational Climate and Diversity Assessment (OCDA) online survey with queries aimed to understand the impact perceptions have on service quality in a library setting. The ClimateQUAL-OCDA is the development of the partnership between the University of Maryland (UM) Libraries and the UM Industrial and Organizational Psychology (I/OP) program in 1999. It states that the OCDA is an assessment of library staff perceptions concerning diversity in the library, organizational procedures and policies, and staff ethics. Moreover, it details on three concepts of the ClimateQUAL-OCDA national project, and describes the project's goals and purposes of phases.
