This article discusses investment in the suburbs of Paris, France so as to make them more attractive to visitors. Efforts to improve travel between the suburbs of Paris such as La Défense, Clichy, and Pantin and the central city are described. The importance of these efforts for the city, which regulates the development of high rise buildings in its historic neighborhoods, is emphasized.
