Abstract

The article discusses a court case wherein the plaintiff, who was involved in a commotion at the Heathrow Airport, pleaded to be granted an entry into Great Britain. The English Court of Appeal in Great Britain examined the case and delegated the ruling by the Entry Clearance Officer. As reviewed and decided, the plaintiff's plead was denied for the act he had done was deemed undesirable.
