This article briefly discusses issues relating to the management of environmental policy. The environmental regulations developed by U.S. President George W. Bush to govern the use of concealed weapons and mountain bikes in National Parks are considered. Changing regulations of organic dairy and farmed fish from the U.S. Department of Agriculture are noted. A decline in the sales of hybrid electric vehicles in contrasted with increases in public transit ridership.
