Clopidogrel.

The article describes the case of a 34-year-old woman with ischaemic cardiopathy who developed a serum sickness-like reaction while receiving the anti-platelet agent clopidogrel. She developed a nettle rash of 1 week's duration on the lower part of her trunk and on her lower limbs. She was admitted to the hospital and was treated with methyprednisolone and dexchlorpheniramine.
