This study aims to investigate whether there are differences among the opinions of the managers with regards to organizational health. The literature addresses the organizational health within the framework of three approaches that are: performance of the organization, individual health and both of them together. In this respect, it is argued that there are differences among the opinions of managers with regards to organizational health. For this purpose, through a questionnaire, the extent of the differences among the opinions of the managers in the city of Afyonkarahisar was attempted to be found. In light of the data obtained, it can be claimed that the managers view organizational health as a concept primarily focusing on organizational performance and then as a concept focusing on the individual health and performance.
