Abstract

The article focuses on the growth of Early Music in New York City. It relates the opening of the newly renovated Alice Tully Hall of the Lincoln Center in New York City, which paired with series of concerts featuring the Sephardic program by Jordi Savall and Hesperion XXI. It also highlights the increase of early music and its visibility and importance in the state, due to the rise of several music schools which offer various programs in historical performances.
