Abstract
- The article reports on the move of 400 operators worldwide to deploy WiMAX in 2009. Maravedis Inc. estimates that 1.24 million out of 3.16 million WiMAX subscribers around the world belong to 22 large operators, including Clearwire Corp., Digicel and Telmex. Moreover, Maravedis predicts that the 22 large operators will promote the future growth of WiMax.
