A federal magistrate judge with a taste for sports metaphors has found that Andrew Giuliani's lawsuit against Duke University for letting a coach push him off the university's golf team is ''a swing and a miss.'' Mr. Giuliani had sued the university last summer, claiming that it breached its contract with him by removing him from the team without cause. But Magistrate Judge Wallace W.
