Abstract

Information about several presentations offered at the Gaming, Learning, and Libraries Symposium held November 2 through 4, 2008 in the Chicago, Illinois area is presented. The intellectual stimulation provided by digital games, the power of play, and connections between games and reading are discussed. Particular focus is given to the role libraries can play in supporting gaming and learning.
