Abstract

The article discusses the move of black college Arkansas Baptist College to implement a five-step approach to expand enrollment. It reports that the college has to contend with the other colleges and universities as it exhibited fewer than 200 students and risky financial stability in May 2006. It enumerates that the expanded strategy includes recruitment, restoration, remediation, retention, and responsibility. It notes that the college has decided to further its enrollment by concentrating to the populations that have been found unrecruited by area colleges. An overview of the five-step approach for replicating student population is also discussed.
