A Decade of Innovation.

An interview with Lynne Brindley, chief executive of the British Library (BL), is presented. She cites some of the renewed support shown by the community for the library. According to Brindley, BL particularly targets people who are being dismissed from firms that are downsizing. Brindley says she supports innovation as a way to keep libraries competitive and responsive to the needs of its users.
