Abstract

The article discusses several library services for students with disabilities. It explains that giving age- and ability-appropriate resources for learners to meet their needs is about providing text-to-speech software, adaptive keyboards, or even electronic book readers such as Amazon Kindles. It is noted that these services require technical support such as in assisting with digital photo editing and printing. Staff development sessions for special education teachers about adaptive technology and human resources services are recommended.
