Abstract
- The article offers information on certain people known as liveaboards who make their homes on boats. Jaye Lunsford, an environmental analyst with the U.S. Geological Survey, lives on a sailboat docked on Back Creek in the Port Annapolis Marina, Maryland. Liveaboards may live on sailboats or powerboats ranging in size from 20-something feet to 40-50 footers. Sami Shreve gave up her career in television advertising to move full time onto their 44-foot-long sailboat.
