Abstract

Investigates the ferroelectricity in thin tetragonal single-crystalline perovskite films grown by off-axis magnetron sputtering. Measurement of the ferroelectric properties using electric force and piezoelectric microscopy; Time dependence of the measured signals showing a stable ferroelectric polarization in films.
