- Estimates the carrier capture time for separate confinement heterostructure single quantum-well lasers by spontaneous emission spectra. Measurement of spontaneous emission from the optical confinement layers; Dominance of hole capture time for the emission increase; Attainment of additional transport time for multiquantum well lasers.
