Investigates the low resistivity of cadmium sulphide (CdS) thin films through chemical bath deposition technique. Contribution of sulphide annealings to the enlargement of CdS cubic cells; Account on hydrogen[sub 2]+indium annealing at higher temperatures; Details on the resistivity of the CdS films at an optimum annealing temperature.
