Abstract
- Examines the theory of YBa[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub 7-x]/PrBa[sub 2]Cu[sub 3]O[sub 7-x] (PrBCO) superlattices as superconductor-insulator multilayers. Description of the CuO[sub 2] planes in PrBCO layer by the two-dimensional Mott-Hubbard insulator with Coulomb repulsion; Correlation between transition temperature and number of PrBCO unit cells.
