- Describes the development of a polarimeter based on the Cotton-Mouton effect and its installation at the W7-AS stellarator. Operation of the device in the submillimeter wave; Capability of performing absolute, robust measurements of the line integrated electron density; Calculation of the change in the state of polarization.
