Abstract

Describes the combination of microcontact printing and surface-initiated ring-opening metathesis polymerization to generate patterned polymers on surfaces. Application of the patterns as reactive ion etching resists; Identification of reliable, flexible process that can be used to generate patterned polymer films on technologically important surfaces.
