Abstract

This paper is attempted to research domestic changes in affecting China’s commitment to international institutions from international institutions-domestic institutions. It argues that some linkage factors which connect China and international system contribute to China’s strong compliance with international rules and norms. These factors cover coastal economic areas, outward sectors, and the rise of social middle class in China. With the rapid and deep involvement into global political economy system, positive changes happened in China’s domestic area. International institutions have great impacts on Chinese domestic political economy, and similarly, China must reform its domestic political economy system in order to meet global change and challenge. China has good reputation in complying global institutions.
