Amending and Terminating Perpetual Conservation Easements.

The article focuses on the guidelines in managing the perpetual conservation easements which was donated to the local government by landowners in the U.S. Landowners have donated perpetual conservation easement in order to provide permanent protection and to benefit the tax benefits. However, the changes in managing the land may lead to the termination of easement depending on its type of donation.
