Establishing Meaningful Partnerships: An Essential Tool to Improve Student Learning.

The article focuses on research pertaining to establishing a meaningful partnership between schools, parents, and community groups centered on learning and school improvement. It points out that the results of such initiatives can be seen in student attendance, student achievements, graduation rates, and high school participation.
