- Investigates the efficacy of local UVA1 irradiations in the treatment of chronic vesicular dyshidrotic hand eczema. Exposure of palms and back of hands to 15 UVA1 irradiations; Improvement of dyshidrotic hand eczema; Absence of relapse during post-treatment intervals.
