Abstract
- The article presents the author's insights regarding how to be an effective and responsible teacher-librarians. The author explores the roles and responsibilities of teacher-librarian and relates that teacher librarians are instructional leaders. He shares that he met school librarians that helped him in his new position and encourage him to join Washington Library Media Association (WLMA) and Puget Sound Council for the Review of Children's Literature.
