Supporting medical students’ workplace learning: experience-based learning (ExBL).

The article addresses various concerns on the methods of teaching medical students in Great Britain. It offers information on the evidence based research related to the clinical teaching and learning conducted at the University of Manchester in England and University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. It also presents an experience based learning model that offers practical advice on how to be a facilitator the clinical learning of students.
