Abstract
- The article analyzes the three organizational models of libraries which are currently being tested within the established German system of distributed collection of building. The three models are the consortia building on a subject basis, pay-per-use access, and national licenses. It notes that the three models were compared based on terms of enduser groups, cost allocation and types of resources.
