The integration of the protection of nature conservation areas in Dutch spatial planning law and environmental management law.

The article provides information on the implementation of the environmental management and Dutch spatial planning laws implemented for the protection of the conservation regions in the Netherlands. According to the article these laws will be covering the other environment protection-related laws that have been recently implemented in the country, which also focus on the protection of nature in the country. It highlights the features of these laws, where they will be providing statutory framework as well as guidelines for the conservation and protection of several nature reserves in the said country.
