Abstract
- The article discusses work as a modern crisis in the Czech Republic society. It notes the study drafted by the first president of Czechoslovakia, Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, relative to the development of Czech identity. It explores the employment and unemployment under the national socialism and communism, as well as during the democratic development in the country.
