The Europeanization of National Procedural Rules in the Field of Environmental Protection.

The article focuses on the Europeanization of the administrative procedures concerning environmental protection in Spain. It discusses the nature and limitation of the provisions in Spanish Law including the right to access to information, access to justice related to environmental issues, and public participation.
