Abstract
- The article reports on liquidity regulations introduced in 2009 by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. The measures were imposed to promote financial stability and to cover depositor withdrawals. Among other issues the article assesses New Zealand's banking regulations in contrast with those in force in Great Britain.
