Abstract
- A low-cost and simple circuit for driving light-emitting diodes with low supply voltage was demonstrated. By using only three transistors, a light emitting diode was drived with supplied voltage as low as 0.85 voltage. © 2000 American Institute of Physics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
