Abstract
- A low-cost and simple circuit for driving blue light emitting diodes with ultralow supply voltage is demonstrated. By using only three transistors and two voltage multipliers, a blue light emitting diode was driven with a supplied voltage as low as 0.8 V. © 2000 American Institute of Physics.
