Abstract

The mistake incarnates the deviation to an expected status, which is not good. Understandably mistakes are generally negative for the members of performance oriented organizations. With this article I would like to point out within the relationship between mistakes and organizational behavior that making mistakes is unavoidable, moreover it is desirable. The mistake is processed in a sociological sense as "differing from a certain expected result state", but not beyond that, for example not in statistical sense and not considering any probability of a mistake. This paper takes the dimensions of the mistake definition and their impact on the main systems of sociology into a detailed consideration. The article arrives to the interlocking of the mistake and the organizational behavior through one of the fundamental supporters of evolution and development: through the mistake culture. The impact of the mistakes and the interdependence of the members in the modern society have grown. The efficiency of the sociological systems and its relation to mistakes are very important aspects for shaping the future. Pre- and post-defect strategies are presented, which are based on the positive character of the mistake and on the realization of the opportunities in it. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
