High-Affinity Peptide-Based Collagen Targeting Using Synthetic Phage Mimics: From Phage Display to Dendrimer Display.

The article presents a research regarding the implementation of synthetic phage mimics for targeting of peptide-based collagen. It notes that enhancement of high-affinity peptides driven by phage-display is preformed by a multivalent approach. In conclusion, the advantages of the strength of biological display methods and ability to deliver a wide variety of functional groups are emphasized in the study.
