Making the case for employee wellbeing.

According to a paper released by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the rate of the decline in sickness absence since the introduction of such programme was between 10% and 36%. It cites some of the costs of sickness absence including the loss of continuity, low consumer satisfaction and decreased staff morale.
