Abstract

The article discusses the study which examines the familial feature of pemphigus foliaceus (PF) which is endemic in southern Tunisia. Subjects of the study include 32 Tunisian families with 40 affected members with PF. The study suggests that young farmers from southern Tunisia exposed to the local ecology in the endemic areas are the main individuals at risk.
