Abstract: Presents segregation analyses which investigated models of familial aggregation of female breast cancer that consider together different modes of inheritance in Australia. Percentage of women with breast cancer by age at diagnosis for different categories of family members; Cumulative probability of breast cancer for the Australian population; Comparison between the segregation analyses of two-locus models and the single-locus models.
