Abstract
- A conference paper about the Platform for European Red Cross Co-operation on Refugees, Asylum Seekers and Migrants (PERCO) is presented. It presents a brief history of PERCO which was established in 1997 by several National Societies. It explains the social dimension of cooperation and the requirements of cooperation. It also discusses factors to the success of PERCO.
