Chairs' Column.

The article focuses on the activities of the Appellate Practice Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) as of July 2009. The committee has participated in the ABA Annual Meeting held in Chicago, Illinois through a lecture by professor Charles Geyh and a committee dinner it had organized. It will update the list of its subcommittee members and their chair positions which will be available at its Web site www.abanet.org/litigation/appellate/home. The author calls for members to pass papers for the future issues of the journal.
