Abstract
- The article discusses the highlights of the 75th World Library and Information Congress of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) held in Milan, Italy, on August 25, 2009. Over 3,000 people registered for the event. A dinner was held at all the major restaurants of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and surroundings. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation awarded a grant to support the advocacy efforts of the IFLA.
