Abstract
- The article reports on a lawsuit filed by the Center for Consumer Education against luxury pen maker Montblanc to stop the sale of its limited-edition pen with a 25,000 U.S. dollar price tag that commemorates Mohandas Ghandi as the ascetic father of Indian independence. According to the consumer education group, it is an insult to India to use Ghandi as a poster boy.
