Abstract
- The article reports that a lawsuit has been filed by Nokia Corp. against Apple Inc. in a U.S. District Court in Delaware for patent infringement. According to the cellphone maker, the iPhone of Apple infringes ten patents held by Nokia, which include wireless data, speech coding and encryption. Apple was able to increase its smartphone market share through the iPhone.
