Bleomycin/cisplatin/etoposide.

The article describes the case of a 25-year-old man with testicular cancer who developed neutrophilic eccrine hidradenitis after starting chemotherapy with bleomycin, cisplatin and etoposide. The man presented with a cystic lesion in his right armpit following the chemotherapy. The man was found to have neutrophilic eccrine hidradenitis and the lesions resolved completely after three weeks. He received another cycles of the same chemotherapy regimen and no evidence of new skin lesions was found.
