Abstract: The article reports on the move by corporations to return to technology spending in 2009, according to Intel Corp. chief financial officer (CFO) Stacy Smith. The CFO stated that conversations with customers usually focus on the financial benefits of upgrading to the latest computers and servers. He added that the personal computer (PC) market has benefited from the economic stimulus package in China. He asserted that he is seeing an improvement in the U.S. market.
