Abstract

The article presents a case of leucopenia developed after treatment with adalimumab for severe plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. It states that a 34-year-old man had developed leucopenia after he was injected with two 40 milligrams adalimumab given with an interval of one week. The treatment was discontinued and re-introduced with 14-16 days interval and the leucocytes remained stable. It adds that the risk of leucopenia which might link to the number of previous systemic medications.
